This page-turner is going to have you hooked, flipping from cover to cover. If you are looking for a gripping action-packed, spine-chilling, crime thriller and dystopian sci-fi novel laced with an unraveling tale of espionage, betrayal, murder, cover-ups, power, greed, adventure, drama, humor, mystery, and so much more, Laurie Bell’s Blood Fever is a must-read for you. Weaving an ingenious plot, the author features an exciting, dynamic cast. Bell pays just enough attention to detail not to bog down the pace of the plot. The tone of the storyline and the mind-blowing plot twists had me on the edge of my seat. The evocative depictions colorfully brought the scenes to life. It felt like I was next to every character, watching the scenes unfold. The author brings out the cast’s traits, depicting their emotions well. I loved this magnificent piece of work. Bell is undoubtedly a tremendously gifted author, and currently my favorite. I’m looking forward to reading more of Bell’s work.
