Poulter, children will not only learn about India, but they will be able to experience the traditions and culture of this beautiful country as well. There is so much to this culture. In this book, children will learn about the differences of what this culture offers, from mud brick houses and speaking the Hindi language, to how animals are allowed on passenger trains and mingle with the customers. The story is written in such a simple format that it will keep young readers not only interested in the story, but engaged in what they are reading. Also, children will be astounded to learn that there are 1,000 varieties of mangoes.
