Death is not the answer when you have the world to save, or at least that is what Asteria learns when the Archangel Micah prevents her from attempting suicide in Asteria: Into The Fray by Adrienne Enfinger. After running into Micah several more times, Asteria comes to discover the truth about her parents’ deaths and her own destiny. As a Nephilim, a person who is part angel, part human, Asteria has a choice to either help in the eternal battle between good and evil or to stay away. Unfortunately, the fallen angel Azazel wants Asteria dead so that he can continue to cause havoc on earth and make humans ugly in the sight of God. With training from her uncle and Micah, as well as support from her best friend Kendra, Asteria becomes a warrior for good. Azazel uses that against her, though, and Asteria is submitted to trials that can hardly be believed. Will Asteria overcome these obstacles to help save mankind or will Azazel finally get what he has been trying to achieve since the beginning of time?
