Wrong Kill, Kill Crime 3: Serial Killers, the Cartel, the DEA, and Vigilantes-Accidents Happen, And Unintended Consequences is a crime thriller by Mike Slavin. Jeff Case had heard that Zorro was moving some girls out of Las Vegas. Case and his squad planned an ambush in the Nevada desert to kill Zorro. Unbeknownst to him, at the last minute Zorro sent his son Junior to act in his place to deal with the recruits in the desert. It was Zorro’s way of getting his son into the business of drug and human trafficking. The caravan Zorro was supposed to be in was ambushed, and everyone, including Zorro’s son, was killed. Zorro swore to kill Case and everyone else involved when he heard the news. A series of violent incidents resulted after the shootout aimed at eliminating Case, but instead, it claimed the life of a family member.
Wrong Kill, Kill Crime 3 is complex and exciting. Mike Slavin took me on an exciting journey through crime and deceit. The plot was brilliantly planned and executed, with a few subplots. The story was fast-paced and action-packed. This is a page-turner that kept me on the edge of my seat. With all the twists and turns, I never knew what would happen next. I was kept guessing until the end. The events were vividly described, making the story more believable. The characters were well-developed and had a lot of depth. Each of them had a unique backstory. The story is excellently written, and I was intrigued from the start. Although the third in the series, this story can be read independently without difficulty.
