Workaches: The Neuroscience Guide to Surviving and Thriving at Work by Deborah Robin Winograd, Ph.D. and Beth A. Cohen, Ph.D. gives good insights into the world of work. This book gives readers a peek into the dynamics in the professional space which can at times, directly or indirectly, affect the health and well-being of an individual. The book speaks about the possibilities of solving problems and adapting to a world that is constantly changing. Every individual deserves to receive more than a paycheck and the workplace should be a place not to just survive but thrive. The topics dealt with in this book apply to all workplaces and the authors also share stories from many individuals of how over the years they navigated through their respective workplaces.

The authors' approach to a relevant topic is engaging and will guide readers towards a positive work life by showing readers how to comprehend and accept the influences of other people there.
