Meanwhile, Robin discovers her own dormant clairvoyant powers under the tutelage of an experienced psychic named Celia. Additionally, a nefarious group led by Blendan Jones is hell-bent on putting an end to the occult and its practices. What role will Robin play in the momentous events circling Crosslake?
A coming-of-age story with a tinge of the paranormal, Wiccan Child is a treat young adult readers will devour with relish. With some stellar character work and a gripping plot, author J. Treacy Cole tells a captivating tale of psychics, Ouija boards, and cults that has you glued to the pages from the get-go. Cole captures the essence and vibe of a small Minnesota town to perfection, and this elevates the atmosphere and tone of the narrative, making the story all the more immersive for the reader. The characters have human flaws and conflicts, which make them feel real and relatable. All in all, this is a fantastic start to what promises to be an absorbing young adult series.
