Weeks: Book Two by Jasyn Turley is the continuation of a thrilling sci-fi tale. Two years ago, Dakota, Tim, and Phil reached safety in Alyeska and now belong to the Special Operations community and their call-sign is SRT-Alpha. But with another storm brewing, they must undertake another mission, a more dangerous one, and on their way, they face grave danger as they fight through hordes of zombies. Joining up with others, the trio battles their way through their mission, learning every day, but they will reach their destination, or are they doomed to fail?
Weeks: Book Two by Jasyn Turley is a stunning sci-fi novel, full of zombies and action. A warning first – there are graphic scenes of violence and explicit language so if you are easily offended, perhaps this book isn’t for you. I didn’t read the first book but if it is anything like this one, it will be a cracking read. This book is packed with action with a great plot and some wonderful characters – perhaps is more of a post-apocalyptic novel than sci-fi though? The characters were wonderfully developed and there are enough references to the previous book to help you catch up. I would still suggest reading the first one to get the full story. With lots of twists and turns and zombies everywhere, this book does not offer a single dull moment and you are guaranteed to read it in one hit. Great book for fans of post-apocalyptic novels and for anyone who just wants to read a really good, well-written story.
