Where do I begin with a book like this? This is the first novel by this author that I have read, and she certainly didn't disappoint in anyway! Her words, from the first page, captured me instantly and drew me. I was taken on a whirl wind of a ride as quickly became friends with quirky, lovable characters. I became a part of the story and one of those quirky characters from the beginning and wasn't let go until the very end!

This sweet story is full of fun! Fun you say? Definitely. When two sisters go on a trip to Bath, where one is to be officially betrothed to Robert, but then, through a fun and twisty plot, the author changes things up a bit with some fun antics woven in!

Never boring, the story will carry you through a time in history that one can only imagine now. Balls, and arranged betrothals, this author used wonderful research to create a story that could be real. Definitely enjoyable!

So, in conclusion, this book is worthy of five stars and then some. Definitely a highly recommended author and novel. The characters are charming. The plot is filled with fun and depth, and the readers are pulled in instantly. The cover alone would have had me hooked from the start, but once I opened the book. I am truly glad I did! Give it a try...you'll love it!
