Following many players in the cosmic game of life, The Revelation of the Nones breaks religion and spirituality down into less than the sum of their parts and asks questions about belief in modern times. From an ambitious pastor, fervent in his drive for glory, to an apartment manager, discovering what he believes maybe for the first time, this book helps ask tough questions that might allow readers to think for themselves. It plays on the current trend of events and secular movements becoming popular with today's youth.

As a self-identified "None" that the book seems to be exploring, I really enjoyed reading this book, although it actually reminded me of the religious series "Joshua," which follows a man named Joshua as he upset church leaders by following God's commands instead of the church's teachings and doctrines. The similarities are very profound as all explore this sense of cynicism surrounding organized religion, from both believers and non-believers. Arnie Stone asks us some intelligent questions and helps tease answers out of everyone before providing a pretty interesting twist on the plot that may leave you reeling. I liked how there was almost an air of the supernatural within the pages. It felt like some kind of tension was humming just under the surface and connecting all of these characters in ways that I couldn't predict. I just had to keep reading to find out! All in all, The Revelation of the Nones is a thought-provoking read that will make you look deeper into your own beliefs.
