I loved reading The Note because of its intriguing story, and I am in awe of Allison Maruska's writing skills. My curiosity would not let me put this tale down, and I finished it in one sitting. I had to know what happened next. Before I realized it, I was on the last page. The author has perfectly mastered mystery and suspense. Ari is determined and fearless, with a great personality, and despite dangers to her life, drives herself to uncover the truth. This story is realistic and gave me goosebumps, feeling like the events were really happening. I recommend The Note to readers seeking an entertaining mystery story; I promise you will love it.
