The Mind Power Journal: Your Guide To Using Your Subconscious Mind To Create Happiness, Success, and Peace of Mind by Marilynn Champion M.S. is a non-fiction metaphysical philosophy book. It aims to heighten our awareness to perceive an alternative, authentic way of life. Broken into four distinct and interconnecting chapters, Champion's book provides insight into breaching thresholds that may otherwise prevent positive outcomes. They identify weaknesses and pain to make it possible to heal, appreciate, understand, and connect with that which is greater than us. Among many other things, the chapters also introduce unifiers and meditation, re-framing it all with power and purpose.
Harnessing all the universe has to offer, an openness of mind is required, and the same is needed when a reader is ready to crack open Marilynn Champion's The Mind Power Journal. Much of what she offers is simply not going to resonate without the capacity to look past traditional mindsets. But the moment you are ready, this book is an excellent place to start. I particularly enjoyed Champion's part three in chapter three, Life Infusing Breathing Techniques. As a woman whose maternal side is East Asian, I was brought back to days when my grandmother would move furniture for optimal energy through the principles of Feng Shui before an intentional breathing session. The paragraphs can be overwhelmingly dense but still, there's a great deal to offer here, and I have no doubt The Mind Power Journal will be well received.
