SK Berit’s The Little Book of Big Roolz is a short, humorous, and irreverent book destined to change radically many of your most deep-rooted ideas. Written in a smart, cheeky tone, this book is much more than entertaining reading. It is a practical handbook that anyone who wants to improve their life should read. The Little Book of Big Roolz covers some topics that deserve extreme attention in contemporary society. It contains motivational advice, criticism, and interesting references to themes such as the importance of living your life the way you want and the difficulty of human relationships, especially between men and women.
I really appreciate books like The Little Book of Big Roolz. Despite (or thanks to) its sassy, at times coarse language, this book is much more intelligently written than “polite” publications which actually tell nothing. In its provocative way, it has the aim to make people reconsider their behavior and become better persons, if possible. I think that SK Berit’s “strong” language has the merit to convey his message effectively. He highlights a different side of things that we usually take for granted. He also has a knack for wit and I often laughed out loud while reading. The way he debates the topics is convincing and often evidence and common sense support his thesis. In its odd way, The Little Book of Big Roolz gives interesting advice about how to live your life. I am glad this is just the first volume. I cannot wait for the second installment to be published!
