All These Threads of Time by Sarah Crowne is an imaginative murder mystery tale that commences in 1987 in a small New England town. Sylvie is an average girl whose seemingly ordinary life suddenly turns upside down. Her sister, June, is unexpectedly murdered, and her father, Dan, is nowhere to be found. June's death leaves their mother and younger brother, Sebastian, in a state of shock. Sylvie and her brother discover she has been gifted with the supernatural ability to time travel into the past. She teleports to 1972, hoping to save her sister, foil the murderer's plans, and reconnect with her father. However, Sylvie needs to tread lightly. Every action she initiates in the past might have dire consequences for her entire future. Can Sylvie save her family and avoid the sinister entrapments of a deranged serial killer?

In All These Threads of Time, Sarah Crowne fully immerses us in an exciting story filled with adventure, time travel, the disappearance of the main character's father, and the looming presence of a formidable killer. Crowne does an outstanding job of bringing her book to life with the characters, settings, and descriptions. I often felt like I was in the story, seeing it unfold from the sidelines. This tale offers readers a unique outlook on time travel and the rules associated with this fascinating superpower. It took me on an enthralling journey filled with excitement and the unexpected. The storyline is vivid and intricately detailed. I enjoyed the 1980s references and Sylvie's various exploits in the past. Her character development and collaboration with her younger brother kept me entertained well into the night. I heartily recommend this novel to fans of YA time travel fiction and supernatural suspense thrillers.
