Ambrosia Alexander retired from being a supermodel and founded a modeling agency. She was wealthy, content, and lived a charmed life until everything came crashing down. Ambrosia was returning to base after successfully getting commitments to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of her company when the first tragedy struck. All her credit cards were declined. She tried to call home, but her number was out of use. Then news filtered in about her best friend’s kidnap and the disappearance of her roommate. Could it get any worse? Yes! Ambrosia was the target of a sex trafficking ring with deep pockets and people in high places. Who was after Ambrosia, and why? Follow Ambrosia and her allies as they go up against dangerous people and untangle webs of deceit in The IPO Conspiracy by R. LaMont W.
The IPO Conspiracy by R. LaMont W. is a captivating and fast-paced novel that I enjoyed reading. The plot involves action, family love, loyalty, deceit, betrayal, survival, greed, crimes, and triumph. Ambrosia lived in a nest of vipers with no one to trust, confirming that the enemy lived within, and they were the most caring. This book also showed that greed is deadly. The more you get, the more you want until you slip and land in situations that you did not envisage. It also demonstrates that family is everything, so if you have great kin, value them. There were many heroes in the story, but Eddie, Rich Jr., Nathan, and papa Ambrosia went all out for their families. LaMont is a talented storyteller and I had a great time reading his book.
