In an interesting new read of inspirational non-fiction by author Javier Ramon Brito, The Five Paths to Happiness: The Keys to Living a Happy Life According to Your Personality is a book that many will find very useful. Utilizing the idea that it's easier for an individual to find happiness if they follow the path that bests suits their personality, the author does a good job at laying out information for all, whether they fit into the category of ether, air, fire, water or air type of personality, and gives guidance on how that individual should best seek contentment and happiness in their own lives. The author also provides a sound argument that following the constant "rat race" of today's society will certainly not lead an individual to happiness, and gives information on how to go about finding the true essence of happiness in life.
I thought that The Five Paths to Happiness: The Keys to Living a Happy Life According to Your Personality had a creative way of approaching assisting people with finding happiness in their own lives. I have never read a book that suggests looking for happiness through the lens of a person's constitutional type, but this book does so with great effect. Any reader who is interested in finding happiness in their lives, or people who have a loved one struggling in this area, should definitely consider reading this book. I am pleased to recommend it, and look forward to reading more from author Javier Ramon Brito in the future.
