A man doesn’t have a clue who he is when he wakes up in the sand outside of Las Vegas. But as time passes, he finds himself living out the most wonderful six days of his life … again and again. Because each time disaster strikes and the asteroid descends, he finds himself waking in the sand on the same day, yet again. It doesn’t take long for him to realize there’s a reason he continues to survive, continues to reset the clock, and it’s not to return to the love of his life. Rather, it’s to make a difference in the world and change things in a way that could save the entire planet, but he’ll need Cassie, the president, Dr. Maxwell, and a whole lot of others to make it all come true in The Final Six Days by Joe Agster.
This book is about the end of the world, but rather than just ending the world, the man is trying to save it and, each time he fails, he is able to return to try to save it again. There’s a whole lot going on in this story with plenty of action, but there’s a little romance as well which helps to cut through some of the darker parts. There’s also a number of characters and each iteration is just a little bit different, showing that time can really be an infinite loop and will continue to change, no matter what we do. This book draws you in and gets you interested in each of the characters and just what might happen next, whether they’re able to save the world or not in The Final Six Days by Joe Agster.
