In Jimmy Ray Conner's The Assassin's Vendetta, a woman was brutally assaulted twenty-five years ago by an American diplomat at the US Embassy in Rabat, Morocco. Recently, the US government received a threat indicating that an organization had contracted a highly skilled assassin to interfere with the upcoming presidential election in the United States. This assassin, a former Foreign Legion member, was notorious for executing lethal shots from over a mile away. Beverly Kalakmanis, one of the top senior agents of the Department of Homeland Security, was appointed as the lead officer for this operation. Beverly was teamed up with Roberto Rizzo, a Secret Service agent, to aid in the investigation. Beverly and Rizzo’s objective was straightforward: prevent a professional assassin from taking out an American presidential candidate.
