It ends up meeting Lily, a young girl from the nearby village, and they become fast friends who dance, sing and play in the snow together. However, as the day gets warmer and the sun gets higher in the sky, Snowy begins to melt, and Lily cannot save it in time. Lily grows sad, and has no idea what to do; she just wants her new friend back. Will the two friends eventually reunite, or is Snowy gone forever? Snowy And The Little Girl by Natia Swan is a lovely story that is sure to captivate children of all ages.
From the first page of Snowy And The Little Girl, I knew it was going to be a new favorite children’s story of mine. The illustrations by Giorgi Artman were absolutely stunning, and I could not get over how vibrant and detailed they were. I could’ve read this book over and over again, that’s how cute it was! This is a beautiful story of friendship between two wonderful characters who were able to form a bond. Friendship comes in so many different shapes and sizes, and Snowy And The Little Girl by Natia Swan provides a great picture of that. I would recommend this story to all children and their parents, who are sure to fall in love with Snowy and Lily as they get to know each other.
