Silly Nana Meets Mr. Moose by Stacey Roberts is a delightful read that combines humor, warmth, and whimsy. Silly Nana went to visit her grandchildren for Christmas. While she sat on her chair and watched them decorate the Christmas tree, she remembered a special story. Once, she visited a lovely land up North where she went on a hike. During this hike, she met a few special animals. A bear buying honey from bees, birds building a nest, and even a raccoon family celebrating a birthday. When she turned to go home, a blizzard started. Through the snow, she saw Mr. Moose appear. He was a very handsome moose. He invited her to the ranger’s station to wait out the blizzard, where they talked for hours. When it was time to go home, he walked her back to town. Nana thought Mr. Moose was a great guy. When Nana’s story ended, the door opened, and a surprising person walked in.
