Enjoy the Sexy Features of MICROSOFT EXCEL 2010 That Men Wish Women Had Too by Sofia Santiago is a fun reference guide to some of Microsoft Excel’s special features. Learn shortcuts or quickies in easy to follow illustrations with step-by-step instructions in an entertaining way. Inspired by a sex therapist, the entire book is a tongue in cheek comedic attempt to depict the software as a female and uses sexual innuendo to crack jokes. It is about having fun and exploring the various time saving features that make Excel so powerful. Some of the many topics covered are: Speaking Cells that read aloud so you can check for typographical errors, saving time by moving the mouse the shortest distance with the Quick Access Toolbar, embedding Word or PDF documents inside the spreadsheet, using the Very Hide button on the Developer Tab to secure confidential information, the advantages of the Go To Special feature, creating multiple summations in the blink of an eye, using Lists, Spin Buttons and Forms, saving multiple opened spreadsheets in one easily accessible Workspace. But best of all are multiple ways to use “The Thingy” (bottom right square of cell).
Take control of time management with handy shortcuts and time saving tricks and techniques, but do not take it all too seriously. Establish competence by mastering one procedure at a time.
