In Sawyer’s Stories: Time For The Chickens To Go To Sleep by Sawyer Ique, two chickens realize it’s time for them to get ready for bed. They go through the bedtime ritual by putting their toys away first. With their stuff picked up, it’s time to practice good hygiene and set their coop up for nighttime. What kind of toys do chickens play with? Where do they put the toys away? What are good hygiene practices for chickens? How do the chickens set up their coop for bedtime?
Time For The Chickens To Go To Sleep is an adorable children’s story that will encourage kids to have a little extra fun when getting ready for bed. I love the way the characters clean up after themselves and think through the things they need to do before settling down for the night. This book will also encourage kids to practice good hygiene every day. There are several lessons for kids to learn, including the importance of cleaning up after yourself and brushing your teeth each night. The illustrations are beautiful and complement each page. The images will have kids laughing as they enjoy the story. I recommend Time For The Chickens To Go To Sleep by Sawyer Ique to youngsters who enjoy a light story before going to sleep. Kids will surely fall in love with the chickens and learn a few important daily practices, too. I hope to read many more of Sawyer’s Stories soon.
