I must warn every reader who thinks of reading Saving Bliss by Zanne Sweeney. Be sure to read it when you're not so busy or when you don't have to get up early in the morning! Once you start reading this novel, you will find it hard to put it down. I was not expecting the intensity of this book. Saving Bliss contains plenty of suspense, threats, passion, major twists, and peril. What is particularly striking about this standalone, fast-paced romantic thriller is that it feels real. It focuses on breathtaking action and the characters' insecurities, inner turmoil, and also courage. Zanne Sweeney does a great job combining romance with suspense. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys stories where the protagonists choose to follow their hearts no matter what.
