Patient Peter Presents the Virtue of Patience is the fourth book in the Thank You for Rainbow Adventures book series by Frances Angelina. This is my second time reading a book in the series, and I found this book just as engaging as the first. Children will be introduced to Virtuepops, characters of various shapes, each representing different virtues. In this story, they meet the oval-shaped Patient Peter, who loves yellow and symbolizes the essence of patience. Patience is about enduring and waiting without frustration. Caregivers are not only given helpful but also healthy tips to cultivate patience. Poppy's story is heartfelt, covering topics like belonging, grief, and autism. This book has a lot to offer with various elements like songs, poems, and exercises about shapes, colors, and numbers that will keep children entertained. The colorful illustrations perfectly complement the narrative. Overall, this is a valuable resource that teaches readers patience, endurance, and resilience.
