There are around 25,000 food trucks operating in the US and no two trucks are identical when it comes to serving food. Reading this book is a good way to explore the possibilities, potentials, and realities of food trucks and the history, ideals, and purpose of a food truck have been shared, making this book interesting and exciting to all food lovers. This book will make entrepreneurs' food truck dreams come true and gives a comfortable business plan for all those who want to have a future business.
The subject is fresh and although the book leans more towards the food truck business in the United States, it does try to include various other scenarios. The Resources section at the end gives links to additional information on the topics mentioned.
