Off the Dark Ledge by Angie Gallion is a thrilling read, exceptionally well written and a real page-turner. I couldn’t put this down; once I started reading I was hooked until the very last page. Angie has created some very believable characters here with a story line that is also very real, written in a way that makes you feel as though you are inside the main protagonist’s head. She deals with the subjects of mental illness, abuse, adoption and more very well, weaving them cleverly into a story that will take you through a whole gamut of emotions. There is so much going on here that you won't want to blink in case you miss something important, a tiny detail that pulls the whole book together. Fabulous story, great author, I really enjoyed it. Highly recommended for fans of psychological thrillers and those who aren’t!
