The little girl in My Mom Is Always Right by Kellen Roggenbuck thinks her mom is the smartest and greatest mom. She thinks her mom is pretty much right all the time. She is right about not putting the plants in the washing machine and the cat not liking being in the little girl's tutu or in the shower or her toy box. Her mother tells her it is okay to be dirty once in a while and also be still and breathe. Mom knows all about donkeys making bad roommates and she encourages the little girl to play with her friends. She always goes to the little girl's concerts to listen to her jamming and knows the right way to cheer her up.
My Mom Is Always Right by Kellen Roggenbuck is an adorable story about how moms take up the challenges of parenting in a positive way and they are always smart and helpful when it comes to teaching their kids to deal with life. The author's illustrations are bright and colorful and they give clarity and life to the concept. This book is perfect for all moms to read out loud to kids. Tutors can use it for read-aloud and storytelling sessions in classrooms and school libraries for children to realize how moms can help them become strong and clever as they grow up. The story is simple and charming and is a good way for children to appreciate all that their mothers do for them while growing up.
