There is a wide variety of creatures living in Mrs. Spring's garden. One day, while Earthworm was on his way to do his daily chores, he stumbled upon the lazy Snail blocking his path. Soon, Earthworm and Snail begin an argument with seemingly no positive outcome. Instead, other creatures arrive to watch their fight, ending up fighting amongst themselves, including Butterfly and the Bees. But now, a bigger threat is on the horizon, and if the inhabitants of the garden won't come together as one loving family, they will all be in great trouble. Will the Butterfly, Bees, and the Earthworm come to the aid of the Snail? To find out, check out Mrs. Spring's Garden by Carole P. Roman, a children's picture book with some beautifully drawn illustrations by Leen Roslan.

Learn how to work together and help each other to make the world a better place to live. Mrs. Spring's Garden can be seen as the perfect analogy to the real world, where humanity must work in tandem to protect the environment and prevent climate change which threatens our very existence on this planet. Carole P. Roman crafts some wonderfully quirky characters to relay the gentle message of cooperation and unity, using animals as primary characters to make the story fun and engaging for children. Leen Roslan's striking illustrations are the icing on the cake, and they are bound to draw kids in and keep them glued to the pages. All in all, a fantastic children's book with a necessary underlying message.

Mrs. Spring's Garden by Carole P. Roman is a charming tale that beautifully captures the workings of nature and teaches children the value of diversity and teamwork. As Earthworm moves through Mrs. Spring’s garden, he finds Snail, who happens to be sleeping and blocking Earthworm’s path. A heated exchange follows between the two. Earthworm reminds Snail that his job in the garden is important and Snail retorts by explaining his contribution to the garden which makes it thrive. A pair of bees overhears Snail and Earthworm arguing and, in turn, reminds a passing butterfly of their useful role in helping flowers grow. As the creatures are arguing, the earth starts to shake. They soon learn that their beautiful garden is about to be destroyed. To fight off the enemy, they must first learn to appreciate their differences and work together.

This is a brilliant story that teaches children to appreciate diversity and learn to work in teams. I loved the diverse characters and enjoyed seeing them work together when faced with danger. Through the story, children will learn how plants and flowers grow and the role different insects play in a garden. The brilliant illustrations help tell the story and make it even more engaging. Children will love the conclusion, which encapsulates the story’s themes. Mrs. Spring's Garden by Carole P. Roman is a wonderful, educative children’s tale with lovely characters and lessons every child needs to learn. You will love its engrossing illustrations and practical themes. Highly recommended.

Centuries ago, Aesop wrote some of the world’s best-known fables. Carole P. Roman takes up the challenge and gives us a new fable that is bound to be as enduring. In Mrs. Spring’s Garden, Carole shares the importance of being you. Too often, people feel their job is more important than anyone else’s. As a result, they strive to be the king of the castle. However, by using bugs in a garden as a metaphor, Carole shows that everyone has a job to do and that all jobs are equally important. When the insects work together, they can save the life of a snail. The world would be a much better place if we learned to work together. Even though we are unique, we are all part of the whole. The absence of one will affect the well-being of all.

Who is more important, the manager or the clerk? If the clerk had no manager, who would put him or her to work? Who would do the work if the manager did not have a clerk? The simple answer is that they both are important and need each other. This basic principle of life is beautifully explained in Mrs. Spring’s Garden by Carole P. Roman. The story is wonderfully illustrated by Leen Roslan. Her drawings give life to Carole’s words. Using this book to teach your child cooperation will delight you and your child alike. Children need to learn that each person can provide what the others are lacking. It is our differences that make us stronger. Learning to work together to achieve more is one of the most important lessons you will ever teach your child.

While all the insects in Mrs. Spring’s garden were fighting over who was the most important and who contributed the most to the growth of the garden, they discovered that they had a bigger problem at hand. A monster, in the form of a human, had plans of destroying the garden. Would they let go of their superiority contest and fight to save the garden, or would they allow their ego and pride to supersede their love for the garden? Find out in Mrs. Spring’s Garden, written by Carole P. Roman and beautifully illustrated by Leen Roslan. Mrs. Spring’s Garden heralds the value of teamwork, unity, love, and the importance of every person in a community. It also contains illustrations that tell the story and shed more light on what is being said.

As much as Mrs. Spring’s Garden is a children’s book, it contains profound lessons that even adults can learn from. It shows the danger of pride and self-aggrandizement and emphasizes the beauty of recognizing the strengths of people. With the use of the third-person point of view, Carole uses simple and descriptive language to create imagery in the mind of the reader. One cannot end this review without talking about the colorful illustrations used in Mrs. Spring’s Garden. The pictures are so beautifully drawn that one can tell the story of the book without reading the words in it. I recommend Mrs. Spring’s Garden to little children as it would help to widen their imaginative senses, expand their vocabulary and reading skills, and most importantly, teach them invaluable lessons that they need to grow in life. I commend Carole Roman for blessing us with this gift.

Mrs. Spring's Garden is a charming children's picture book by Carole P. Roman. The story unfolds as Snail and Earthworm are having a dispute in the garden. Busby the bee overhears the two and gets involved in the disagreement. He shouts at Butterfly. Soon, everything in the garden stops. The earth is not turned, the waste isn’t cleaned, and the pollen isn’t collected. This is until the gardener arrives with his tools and a spray can. Scared that the gardener will destroy them, Busby wants to escape from the garden. Butterfly explains they can’t leave the garden because each one of them works hard to keep the garden clean and the flowers happy. If one of them disappears, the balance of nature will be affected. Can they stop the gardener from disrupting their beautiful home?

Carole P. Roman’s Mrs. Spring's Garden is a delightful children’s book that brings us into the magical world of a garden. As the story unfolds, readers will learn about the wonders of nature and the importance of working together to protect it. It is beautifully illustrated with bright and bold colors that capture the essence of the garden and the characters that live in it. The story teaches valuable lessons about the importance of working together and at the same time it encourages a love for gardening and nature. The author’s writing style is simple yet effective, masterfully weaving together themes of nature, kindness, and community. The book should capture the attention of young readers and promote an understanding of the world around them. Highly recommended.
