Monkey Bandit found something on the bathroom floor and he was happy about that. Monkey Bandit liked finding things. He looked to his left and right and saw nobody there. He picked it up. He saw the bristles on the top of the thing and thought it was perfect for scratching. Monkey Bandit used it on his head and he thought it was better than rubbing his head with his fingers. He thought it was perfect to use on his nose, especially when he had an itch inside his nose. It worked well on his ears, knees, elbow, tummy, feet, and underarms. Will Monkey Bandit find out that the toothbrush is actually used for brushing teeth?
Monkey Bandit and the Funny Toothbrush by Maria Ellis is an adorable and charming story for children to learn about their body parts in a fun and interactive way with the help of Monkey Bandit using the toothbrush on his body. The illustrations are as delightful as the words and will bring the story alive for young readers. Monkey Bandit is lovable and I like how the author has given him a personality of his own. Books like this are informative and educational and they make learning a fun experience. It is definitely a good book for classroom interactive sessions and at home, and children will find themselves learning about their body parts with ease and fun. I am sure the other books in the series will be as entertaining as this one and I can't wait to read them all.
