This professional yacht chef provides readers with mouthwatering, delicious recipes that have been developed keeping in mind they can be made in the smallest of spaces, be it in a yacht kitchen, apartment, or home. Lee also shares the basic culinary components she has readily available in her kitchen or freezer so that readers know what can come in handy while making the simplest of dishes. There are cooking techniques and ingredients shared and Lee recommends using fresh ingredients so the final product is excellent.
