Love Them Back to Life by Ariane Page is interesting to say the least. A psychological and holistic look into both happiness and love, and why humans are so bad at finding peace with both, this book is a combination of science, speculation, and holistic healing practices aimed at bettering one's life, love, and ability to handle relationships.
It's hard to really classify Love Them Back to Life as a self help book, a spiritual book, or simply a book about the author, Ariane Page. It explores the historical context of what our ancestors used to do in order to understand the human brain, expressed through mythologies and stories that reflected human understanding of life and love. Taking on all branches of the health and wellness chart, from spiritual to mental to physical and more, this book tackles the issues of health and mental awareness on all sides. It's a multi-pronged "attack" on detriments to health, well-being, and happiness, and I believe that it will do a lot of good in the world to those looking to improve their lifestyles and the way that they feel in general.
Page's writing style is open and honest, but maintains clarity and personality as she digs into issues that may be challenging for some and eye-opening for others. Her tone is warm and friendly, encouraging us to embark on this healing journey with her through logical and thoughtful arguments and evidence, along with helpful advice and speculations. Overall, Love Them Back to Life should lift the spirits of many who are currently overcome by their day-to-day lives.
