Improve Your Health With Simple Data Analysis is a work of non-fiction concerning medicine and health and was penned by author Igor Stukanov. Designed for readers who are regular users of prescription drugs for their pre-existing conditions, this is a guidebook that explains how dosages work and how combinations of such medicines and other practices can be utilized for harmonious healing, rather than gradually overdosing and experiencing ineffectiveness and unpleasant side effects. With the use of real medical studies, collections of data and statistics from several years of recent American medical history, the author proposes effective advice for prescription drug takers to implement.

There are some really interesting points made within this book, not least the idea of having some vigilance and knowledge about what exactly we are putting into our bodies when we take the drugs which have been prescribed to us. Author Igor Stukanov reviews a great deal of data in this concise read, putting the results into simpler terms that we as an audience can better understand. I particularly thought that the time of day consideration for taking simple remedies was really enlightening, and something I had never considered before. The statistics and information in the book are really useful, once you get your head around them. Overall, Improve Your Health With Simple Data Analysis by Igor Stukanov presents some really interesting and eye-opening considerations for the health concerned reader to explore.
