Ghost Rememberer (Brenton Grey Book 1) by Tyrus Buckley covers crime, mystery, romance, unveiling the truth, and certain aspects of life in the setting for this book; 1895. A most interesting and inspiring story to keep you reading late into the night. The main characters are Brenton Halithersis Grey, Bertrum Carmallow, Rodney Carmallow, Oswald Green, Byron Grey, and many more who all take the reader by the hand and wander through the countryside and homes with the most beautiful descriptions. The many minor characters that pop up from time to time, like rabbits in a field watching for the farmer and his dogs, make this book a memorable read.
Tyrus Buckley has written a tale that draws the reader in from the first page to the very last. Buckley weaves a story that holds the reader's attention, causing all else to be forgotten, and the reader finds himself or herself reading until well past midnight just to find out what is going to happen. The reader is taken on a journey with many twists, turns, and unveiling of life that most of us are not aware of or even knew existed in times gone by, let alone today. The ending is unexpected but anyone who reads this book will find that they must read each page carefully to get the whole wonderful story with all its twists and turns and to understand the conclusion. Ghost Rememberer is the most memorable book and I look forward to reading more from Tyrus Buckley.
