The pain of miscarriages and stillbirths can feel like it'll last forever, but author Lorieb is living proof that miracles could happen. In her book, 'G9P3A3: One woman's struggle through 3 stillbirths, 3 miscarriages and 3 healthy, successful pregnancies, all within 10 years,' Lorieb provides a transparent, organic view to the healing process after having several stillbirths and miscarriages. Written with hope, this book will bring tears to your eyes, especially after her three sons are born into the world. Lorieb is a strong, courageous woman, motivated by her love of children to transcend all circumstances that discourage her. If you are looking for an inspiring, touching memoir, this one is without a doubt for you!
The gift of children brings irrevocable joy, inspiration, and laughter; but perhaps the most devastating thing that could occur in the life of an expecting mother is hearing that your child has passed away. In Lorieb's memoir, she remembers when this happened to her six times before her three beautiful sons were born. This book really spoke to me, and while I have not experienced either a miscarriage or a stillbirth, I was inspired by her resilience and courage. With a short length of about thirty pages, this book is the perfect length to leave you feeling touched and empowered by her story. If you think that giving up is an option, Lorieb's book will convince you otherwise!
