Children cannot wait to experience fun adventures together with amazing characters like Frizzy Lizzy. Frizzy Lizzy is a young girl, the youngest of three sisters, and lives in a beautiful house under an oak tree. She always has the habit of carrying her pocketbook with her, even if her family does not like this idea. However, this habit proves useful one day. When the girls and their dad get lost while hiking, Frizzy Lizzy saves the day. Do you want to know how? Find out by reading Frizzy Lizzy by Liz Leonard.
Frizzy Lizzy is the first book in a series that I expect will include many more stories inspired by this character. Frizzy Lizzy's hairstyle makes her stand out, but after reading the book, readers will agree that Frizzy Lizzy's resourcefulness is equally special. Liz Leonard has written a story that young readers will like because probably the same or a similar situation has happened to them (who has never taken walks with their family?). Young readers will also find inspiration to be ready for any unexpected event. Frizzy Lizzy proves to be an intelligent and wise young girl that we should imitate in our everyday lives. Furthermore, this book teaches us that anyone, no matter how young, has the ability to make a difference. I recommend Frizzy Lizzy to adventurous young readers who like books that inspire them to be ready for situations that arise in their lives. I also hope to read more stories about her soon.
