I appreciated that it contains educative information about common edible wild plants found in different parts of America and the world. Bright, clear photographs of the plants are included which makes these easier to identify. I found the recipes included for preparing the food straightforward and helpful and the storage ideas were also valuable. The plants are organized in terms of seasons and foragers will be able to find food in the wild in every season. Links to more resources are provided for further research and information.
