Elevated Economics: How Conscious Consumers Will Fuel the Future of Business is a work of non-fiction focusing on the business and economic sectors of world affairs and was penned by author Richard Steel. In this well organized and deeply considered work, the author explores the concept of practices relating to environmental and social factors, also known as the ESG model, and how this will affect a capitalist world as we move into the future. The argument for a greener tomorrow is given deep thought and put forward to be a permanent trend that business owners should move toward, rather than a passing phase to be ignored.
Author Richard Steel has crafted an excellent work for leaders, and indeed leaders of tomorrow, to explore and get to grips with in the wake of a changing world. As the green movement and issues pertaining to the environment grow more pressing every day, Steel writes with a sense of urgency and inspiration to encourage others to look ahead and prepare effectively for change. The work is well researched and evidenced with excellent interview content from trusted sources, as well as thorough explanations of what environmental concerns and social responsibility really mean in terms of day to day business and economics. The tone is practical and clear, but also empowering, so that any reader may feel guided properly into this new realm of thinking. Overall, I would certainly recommend that anyone in the business world should have a copy of Elevated Economics at hand.
