Elaine The Elephant is a story about a little elephant. Actually, she is even kind of small for an elephant, but she has a willingness to do all kinds of activities and loves learning to do new things. Because she is small, there are tasks that she can't do yet, but her big brother and sister are always there to help. One of the lessons learned through this book is that if something doesn't work out the first time, keep trying and you will surely succeed. Sometimes there will be things that seem difficult, but by accomplishing them we gain the satisfaction of being able to do something new and use the ability to keep learning. Having someone to share that experience with is something very special. K.A. Mulenga shows us the companionship of a united family in an endearing story.
I really liked this book because it addresses both family unity and teamwork. Elaine The Elephant has practical aspects that every child should learn, such as helping the family, not giving up if something seems difficult, and learning from our mistakes. That's why I thought it was a good book to share. The story is very sweet, all the characters have very friendly personalities and the drawings are delightful. In addition, the text is simple and clear, so children can practice reading with an interesting book that will benefit them. K.A. Mulenga thinks about the welfare of the children and motivates them to strive to do more and more new things. The important lesson is to have a good attitude.
