Cohen discusses the ways companies can grow and change by starting with the type of leadership they employ. The author proposes entrepreneurial leaders as a strategy to improve production, learning, and communication. He compares types of leadership, providing the definitions and examples of entrepreneurial leaders and autocrats and the effects the individual has on the workers and company.
