Doable: Little Decisions That Will Transform Your Life by Cindy Leuty Jones is a thought-provoking and insightful book that will make readers aware of the importance of discovering themselves and creating a remarkable life for themselves. The book is all about creating the best self, learning from mistakes, mishaps, and pitfalls, self-improvement, and understanding the purpose of life. The author speaks about all aspects of life, love, habits, breathing, and the intricate connections of the brain and the body. She shares her personal stories and experiences, making it easy for readers to connect with her words and start creating positive daily habits for themselves.
Cindy Leuty Jones speaks about Maslow's theory of climbing the pyramid, accomplishing the lower levels before climbing to higher levels. She also stresses the importance of taking care of the body and its five basic instincts. The book encourages positive thinking and will help to define a new outlook, thereby enabling a transformation in life that is healthy and optimistic. The seven daily tips are easy to practice and can be incorporated into daily life without any difficulty. I like the manner in which Cindy Leuty Jones has tackled the topic; it is simple, straightforward, and uncomplicated, and that makes it easy for readers to understand and apply in their lives. Doable is a good book to realize why so many mistakes are made by humans and how these can be avoided; in other words, it gives a good roadmap to rethinking personal choices, ranging from basic physiological needs to love to intellectual pursuits and others.
