Daniel Collins: The Beginning of an End is a suspense thriller by Radalyn Ramus. Daniel received a notification on his phone from his father saying Daniel should not worry about him, he is safe, and all the conflicting situations will soon be over. Police officers arrived at Daniel’s house, reporting that his father’s car was involved in a head-on collision and he had passed away. The mysterious death of Daniel's father begins to unravel the dark secrets that surround him, but Daniel is convinced that his father is still alive. Daniel's ordinary life is turned upside down, and he is left with just Louise, his assistant, as a confidante. Daniel is on the brink of a death-defying experience and must decide if he should give up or continue fighting a battle he might never win.
Daniel Collins: The Beginning of an End by Radalyn Ramus interweaves a variety of plotlines and compelling characters. It is a captivating blend of the paranormal and suspense. Daniel's horrific adventure does not end until the last paragraph. I was intrigued, and I could not put this book down. The plot is complex, with several unexpected turns that kept me on my toes. I was intrigued from the beginning to the end. The suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. The characters were authentic, and it was easy to connect with Daniel’s struggles and choices. I could not help but feel bad for Daniel because of his bravery and determination to persevere in the face of frightening circumstances. The conclusion truly caught me off guard, and I loved this book.
