Art Drentlau captured my interest in Choose Again! You Are Far More Than You Have Come To Believe! with his claim that by reading his book, you will not only advance your own consciousness but the consciousness of the world. I took that to mean the collective “self” of every human being – an intriguing concept. It is the true story of a WW2 Nazi concentration camp survivor known as Wild Bill Cody. He watched his wife and five children being shot and realized he had a choice – hate or love. He chose to love and expressed it in the help he gave to other prisoners. “In biblical terms, Wild Bill experienced the Ultimate Epiphany!” This theme is explored throughout, and it concludes that until you forgive yourself, you cannot forgive others.

“Do unto others as you would do unto yourself,” is not only Art Drentlau’s Golden Rule; it is a very familiar adage used by most of us. It’s part of the Christian Lord’s Prayer – forgive us our trespasses (sins) as we forgive those who trespass against us. We say it, but Art Drentlau explores in depth why we should actually do it. “These things I do you can do and even greater things than this shall you do.” In many ways, this comes over as a book for Christians, but that is not all it is. His Holiness the Dalai Lama, a Buddhist, appears in the dedications. Choose Again! You Are Far More Than You Have Come To Believe! by Art Drentlau will fascinate readers of any faith, or none.

Choose Again! You Are Far More Than You Have Come To Believe! by Art Drentlau is a short, quick and informative read about a Polish prisoner in a German concentration camp during WWII who managed to use the law of attraction to keep him from getting depressed and help him to stay alive in a Nazi death camp. Art Drentlau uses his 30 years of studying with 30 mentors to share this story and explain how the law of attraction works. He explains it with facts and shows you how it can work for you.

I thought that Choose Again! by Art Drentlau was an awe-inspiring story. I liked how Art Drentlau was able to explain the law of attraction by using facts. He also had a unique way of sharing the history of one man to prove his point. I loved his enthusiasm and I agree the story would make a great movie. He used a lot of historical facts as well as scientific ones and explained them pretty well. I also enjoyed how Art Drentlau gave a couple of unique insights on Jesus and Hitler, which you might need an open mind to read.

I loved that this book was a quick read and made you ponder. He also shares his reasons to explain why he is qualified to discuss the topic, which I think is a fascinating story in itself. Maybe he can write a memoir to help prove his point on the law of attraction? If you are researching the law of attraction or manifestation, then I highly recommend Choose Again! You Are Far More Than You Have Come To Believe! by Art Drentlau.

Art Drentlau’s Choose Again! is the tale of a man whose family was machine-gunned down during WWII, in the Jewish section of Warsaw. After seeing his family murdered, he asked to die too, but the Nazis refused to kill him because he spoke German and therefore he could be useful to them. They shipped him off to a concentration camp. This man, whom history refers to as Wild Bill Cody because of his handlebar mustache, and because nobody wrote down his seven-syllable Polish name, had been a lawyer. He had seen how hate ruins people’s lives. Wild Bill decided to live the rest of his life loving everyone. After six years of hard labor and little food in the concentration camp, he was rescued. The rescuing troops thought Wild Bill must not have been there long. He stood out as a man who stood up straight and was filled with energy. Despite living in a concentration camp, Wild Bill maintained his humanity. More than that, he was able to love everyone he came in contact with.

Drentlau chooses to attribute Wild Bill’s remarkable story of love, health, and energy while imprisoned in a WWII concentration camp to the Law of Attraction. Drentlau does not explain how Wild Bill attracted Nazis to murder his family or put him into a concentration camp. Nor does he explain why choosing to love instead of hate in the face of these atrocities improved Wild Bill’s posture and energy. I’m sure the thought never crossed Wild Bill’s mind that someone might behave as the Nazis did, so I don’t see how he could have attracted it. But, even if the universe didn’t reward Wild Bill with the success and love that he readily gave others, his response serves as an excellent model. Choosing to hate would not have increased his happiness. Choosing to love clearly did. Reading a story like this is a worthwhile reminder to keep on 'keeping on.' Treat others with kindness, no matter how they treat you.

In Choose Again! Art Drentlau offers a very brief study of a Holocaust survivor—a man who went through dreadful experiences and emerged transformed into a different sort of human being because, at one point in the horrors surrounding him, he chose not to hate. It is something of a strange presentation, short to the point of being cursory, but it deals with a vast and powerful concept of great significance to those who may be familiar with New Age philosophies and the work of people such as Walter Russell.

A reader might expect to learn about the continuing life of the death camp survivor, but apparently there is not much to know—apart from the fact that the author thinks the story would make a good film. In fact, a reader might feel slightly frustrated as the text turns to the ‘Seven Universal Laws of the Universe’ as being the conceptual background to the man’s ability not only to survive but to attain a balance between his restrictive ego and his liberating higher self. Choose Again! by Art Drentlau is well written and attractively presented. Although one could wish for greater development of the central subject, there is much to interest the reader and the end of this often intriguing exposition is not the finale. Rather, it can be seen as a point of departure into the other worlds that accompany the one we live in.

CHOOSE AGAIN!: You Are Far More Than You Have Come To Believe! Is a wisdom book about Universal Law that is teamed perfectly with the tale of a man who thrived in a WWII death camp. Wild Bill Cody and Art Dreantlau are able to share this story together to show readers how to become "The Universal La" by how it works, and what you can do to change your life to operate through love not fear. Don't let the small number of pages fool you with this book. It packs a lot of motivation and inspiration within it. The book tells a story that has been told in one form or another in other books, but here, the author views it from a standpoint that's unique. The story is of a man nicknamed Wild Bill Cody, who suffered devastating events during World War II - more than many of us would be able to handle with such grace. Bill was able to practice forgiveness and a positive nature by making a choice that altered his destiny. The question for the reader is whether we can rise to the occasion - to make choices that reveal our true nature. The author contends that, as the subtitle indicates, we are capable of more, and are better than, what we believe we are. The reading experience inspired me to think better of myself and to not limit myself in terms of my expectations and abilities. If the author continues in this genre, I can see him becoming a Wayne Dyer type of writer/motivator. I look forward to it!

Choose again is a true story of a man that survived a Nazi Death Camp. This book will change the way you think of things and the way you believe in humanity. We are more than what we think we are spiritually You think one way but somethings happen to make you see the light so to speak.

The author does an excellent job enlightening the reader with the story and the information to back it up. If you don’t choose your path others will. You need to be in charge of what you believe.

I highly recommend this short read.

This is an enlightening read which packs in a phenomenal amount of power. I loved the way that this book used the story of Wild Bill Cody to demonstrate the potential that we all have within us. We all have the ability to love everyone that we come into contact with and this book makes it clear that this is a choice. There are thought provoking statements throughout the whole book, it never loses it's power. There are no 'fluffy words' in this book; it is strong and inspiring from the first to last pages. An inspirational read that makes us realise that we can all change our thoughts in any situation. We can all thrive through adversity. A highly recommended read for anyone with an interest in becoming a better person living a better life. I've read a huge amount of similar books, but this one really did have a huge positive impact on me.
