Centaurius: Into the Fracas by SJ McGarry is a detailed science fiction story. Nella is the prophesied Princess Warrior of Centaurius and is destined to save the earth. She must travel to Earth and join forces with the Earth Warrior. Together they will capture the Red Brume and confine it for eternity. Nella must start with her warrior training and be prepared to take on the various tests required of her. She must first finish her training before she can implement the I-PERM mission and restore the earth to a healthy state. Nella and her crew successfully launch the Phoenix into space. They must locate and destroy the galaxy’s enemies who stand in the way of merging Andromeda and the Milky Way galaxies into the New Milkomeda galaxy.

SJ McGarry has created a unique world by combining nature and future technology. The enhanced brain chips that allowed a form of telepathy were most interesting as all life on the planet Centaurius and throughout the universe could communicate. Centaurius: Into The Fracas has an unusual and intriguing plot. The characters were well-developed and interesting. Each had a distinct personality and could use magic. The writing style was descriptive, and I was quickly transported to a world of magic and advanced technology. McGarry has a vivid imagination, which adds to the success of the story. It is full of action and never has a dull moment. I could not put it down and just kept reading. The suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Centaurius, Into The Fracas is the second installment of the Green Galaxy Series by S.J. McGarry. Princess Nella of planet Centaurius, Earth's counterpart in the Andromeda Galaxy, carries a heavy burden. She must command the crew of the starship Phoenix and make a dangerous journey to the Milky Way Galaxy for the Interplanetary Earth Recovery Mission (I-PERM). To fulfill an ancient prophecy, she must first undergo intense training under the scrutiny of her great-grandmother, Grizel, the famous Warrior of Old, and pass through the portal of the Forbidden Magical Forest without any powers to assist her. Meanwhile, Zennibar, the wicked wizard of the Whirpool Galaxy, has commissioned Abigor, Duke of the Legion of Demons from the Fireworks Galaxy, to stop Nella at any cost. However, Abigor has plans of his own. Can Nella complete her training and fulfill her prophesied destiny?

S.J. McGarry seamlessly blends fantasy and sci-fi elements to create a potent brew of space opera that lovers of the genre will devour with relish. Centaurius, Into The Fracas is the tale of a young woman thrust into an epic struggle for control of the universe, and her journey into becoming the catalyst for the upcoming interstellar war. The plot moves at a brisk pace with quite a few unexpected twists and turns that will keep readers on their toes. Nella is a likable protagonist, and you will find it easy to root for her. I enjoyed the book and am looking forward to reading the sequel. Recommended to space opera lovers.

Princess Nella's birth fulfills one part of the prophecy about a savior that will rescue her dying planet from the tyranny of The Red Brume. But before the prophecy can come to fruition, she must first be prepared in the ways of war, required in her galactic quest. She does not realize that powerful forces are at work that do not want her to succeed and are willing to cause her harm to achieve their objectives. Will Nella succeed in her quest, or will Zennibar's unholy alliance with Abigor unleash a reign of terror and destruction on the galaxy? Only time will tell in S. J. McGarry's Centaurius: Into the Fracas, the second book in the Green Galaxy series.

S. J. McGarry opens Centaurius with a brief synopsis of its prequel, admirably covering questions about the character's origins and motivations. The story starts from where its predecessor ends, and I mean that in the literal sense. It is simple to follow, and Princess Nella's interactions with her new friends contain age-appropriate banter I would expect from an adventure targeting young readers. McGarry builds suspense with each chapter, giving it the feel of a no-nonsense, fast-paced adventure tale. What stands out is how the author generates political intrigue, intricately woven into the story, making it a compelling read for all ages. Centaurius is a top-quality adventure well worth reading.

Far from planet Earth in the Whirlpool Galaxy, a wicked wizard and a duke, controlling a legion of demons, have created a diabolical plan to subjugate the universe no matter the cost. They have commissioned a fleet of demon warriors who now journey to Earth with one goal; to wreak havoc. For Earth's twin planet, Centaurius, in the Andromeda Galaxy, this would also mean destruction, as what happens to one world slowly seeps into the other. But hope stirs on the heels of fear. The prophesied princess warrior of Centaurius, Nella, has just completed her special training from an ancient warrior. Now she hopes to travel to Earth before the evil does, to combine forces with their warriors against the dark lords. As the enemy gains strength and doom approaches, only Godspeed can help fulfill her destiny. Read Centaurius: Into the Fracas by S. J. McGarry to join Nella on her quest to save the universe.

Centaurius is an epic ride from start to finish. In the opening scene, there is a mysterious acceleration between the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies, shortening the timeline to the collision of the two titans. What follows is a fast-paced galactic adventure with an engaging narrative, where the protagonists must defeat more than just a fleet of evil beings from the depths of hell. Time is their real enemy. My favorite aspects are S. J. McGarry's incredible creativity and the vividness of the characters and plot. I felt compelled to discover how Nella would prevail against the trials and tribulations of the Forbidden Magical Forest. But with Konan, an ancient and mystical warrior who stands at 7'3", as Nella's mentor and protector, I felt optimistic she would make it through safely. Centaurius is most suited to science fiction lovers and readers wanting to learn more scientific facts about our world and space exploration. It is a well-written story, and I eagerly anticipate a sequel.
