Most of the time I am a very positive person, but sometimes I get a little depressed about the direction humanity is going in. Will we make the right decisions? Will we ever learn to work together for the greater good? Will we ever learn to suppress our most selfish instincts so that all get a chance at a good life? These are just some of the questions I worry about and ask myself. I cannot always come up with a positive answer to these questions so I read others for guidance, ideas, and inspiration. That is why I read Breaking Through the Darkness: Love Always Wins by Dawn Irene Eshelman Singleton. I need to read an educated, positive affirmation for the prospects of mankind. I got it from this powerful book and I think you will too. For better or worse, I see life as a struggle between good and evil, right and wrong, light and darkness. I want to feel that light will ultimately win. I found that affirmation here.
Breaking Through the Darkness is beautifully written. It is laid out in a clear, logical sequence that will take you on a journey of discovery. It will renew and revive your faith in God, man, and yourself. Dawn Irene Eshelman Singleton has a powerful message to share and she does it in a way that is entertaining and educational at the same time. Every chapter has a strong point. Every chapter is crafted and written to make that point and make it well. If you need to boost your spirits and confirm whether you are moving in the right direction, I advise you to take the time to read this book.
