Three sisters named Angel Scarlett, Princess Daphne, and Fairy Cora lived in a magical land. The little ladies were beautiful, sweet, and kind, and their home was a dreamy castle behind an enchanted waterfall. Angel Scarlett loved her sisters but had a stuffed animal and confidante named Polar Bear Pete. She loved the stuffed animal and hugged him so tightly that her magical power gave him life. Ah! Polar Bear Pete could communicate. Scarlett made Pete’s life comfortable by building him a place in the castle called Arctic Delight. However, one morning, Angel Scarlett woke up to find a missing Polar Bear Pete. She was devastated! Will she ever find her sweet lovey? Read Bobos Babes Adventures by Karen M. Bobos for the complete story.
Bobos Babes Adventures: The Lovey that Came to Life by Karen M. Bobos is a beautiful storybook for children between one and five years old. Illustrated by Emily Hercock, this children’s story and picture book is the perfect material for bedtime reading. I loved the springy and bright color play as it was creative, relaxing to the eye, and appealing to children. My twenty-six-month-old baby was fascinated by all the warm brightness and blings in the background. Children could also learn the story by stanzas/paragraphs because of the neat arrangement. However, the endpoint of the story was what I loved the most. In a world where selfishness and not looking out for the next person is the norm, being there and caring for others will never go out of fashion. Scarlett’s sisters cared. Also, when you treat people right, they will almost always surprise you.
