A secret file belonging to the president of the United States is a threat to the lives of an undercover agent and his family in the sensational Christian thriller, Black Pearl (A Cody Musket Political Thriller Book 5) by James Nathaniel Miller II. When Cody Musket, Jr. flies out to rescue three women stranded on a secluded Puerto Rican beach, he is unaware that his twelve-year-old daughter Kennedy stowed away on the plane. When Kennedy gets left behind, she attempts to steal a yacht floating offshore belonging to traffickers. While hacking the yacht's computer in an attempt to return to her family, Kennedy and her sister Maggie uncover a repeating sequence on a satellite channel that jeopardizes the security of the United States. Unfortunately, when the president becomes aware of their knowledge, the danger stalking their family escalates. Can the Musket family evade their enemies, foreign and domestic? Or will they become victims in a political coup?
Filled with suspense, action, and drama, Black Pearl (A Cody Musket Political Thriller Book 5) by James Nathaniel Miller II is a phenomenal Christian novel that is unforgettable. Set twenty years in the future, the book contains technology that not only enhances the storyline but is also realistically credible. It is an exhilarating and action-packed story with the fundamental Christian beliefs of monogamy, salvation, and chastity weaving throughout the storyline. Although it is the fifth book in a series, it does very well as a stand-alone, and I was impressed with how smoothly the past and the present co-mingled without hindering the flow of the storyline. It is a breathtaking novel that will thrill everyone who relishes electrifying, fast-paced action stories with a Christian overtone.
