I slowed down when we moved into ascending planets, midheavens, and decans, then glazed over a bit with asteroids and polarity. This is some complex stuff if you’re going to do it right! “Birth Chart” sounded like a simple, readable summary of my efforts, but the reality is quite a bit more complicated. Still, Emerson’s Behavioral Astrology is a strong introduction to a fascinating world.

Overall, I would certainly recommend Behavioral Astrology for newcomers and old hands to the study of the stars alike.
