Annie could see the whole world from heaven. Annie was lonely before she was adopted but her adopted family gave her so much love that she never felt lonely after that. The Merideth family took her on a lot of adventures and she even got to feed zebras once. Her favorite place is where her mommies live and Annie whispered to them all the time and reminded them how much she loved them. She knew they missed her but they knew she was healthy and happy in heaven. They knew she was able to do in heaven all the things she could not do before. After Annie went to heaven, her mommies knew there were lots of children who needed love and hence they took in more foster children. When her brother Liam joined her in heaven, all of Annie's angel friends went to meet him. Their forever family adopts another child, Phoebe, and I am sure young readers will be waiting to read about her adventures.
Adventures With Annie: Book 2 in the Adventures of Super Liam Series by Tammi Croteau Keen with Misty Marksberry Merideth takes young readers into the Merideth family, this time to read about Annie, their other foster child who went to heaven. Chris Lee Ann's illustrations make the story palpable and help readers connect better with the characters. This beautiful book, just like Liam's adventures, will help young readers realize how every life has a meaning and purpose, no matter short it might be. The stories of Liam and Annie will encourage many families out there to adopt and take care of terminally ill children who need love and a home.
