Roxanne Blackhall is a former magazine and newspaper editor from San Diego, California, now living in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland. When not at her desk coming up with new ways to torment her characters, she can often be found in the kitchen, glass of wine in hand, cooking a meal for friends.

Abbeydon Abandon is a romance by Roxanne Blackhall. Stacy Barclay is a career-driven senior analyst at an investment firm in Manhattan who entertains ambitions to become an investment banker. After being denied a well-deserved promotion, Stacy and her friends Brit and Kylie arrive at the mountain ski resort town of Abbeydon to enjoy a much-needed break. Stacy meets ski instructor Luke Tverberg, a handsome man who doesn't favor long-term relationships. However, both Stacy and Luke feel an intense mutual attraction neither can deny. Things get even spicier after the two find themselves stuck in a hunting cabin due to bad weather. Soon, a burgeoning romance blossoms, testing their resolve. Will Stacy be able to choose what makes her truly happy and can Luke let go of the past and follow his heart?
