Simonsen is an extensive, thought-provoking, and engaging assortment of the paranormal that includes lore, parapsychological evidence, and a variety of sources that feature scientists, archaeologists, and physicists. Simonsen successfully blends research and exploration to create an entertaining foray into the phenomena of the paranormal such as psi, crisis telepathy, and the Mental Internet. This short history delves into postwar physics, potential clairvoyant discoveries such as Cleopatra's lost palace, and organizations such as STEP and CSI.
The writing is clear and concise with a thorough compilation of research, evidence, and testaments from a variety of sources.
