Another beautifully written book with a nice easy flow brought to us by author Laura Beers, showing her excellent understanding of the customs and expectations of this period. A wonderful development of timeless romance. A good array of characters each with their own story to tell and fitting effortlessly into this ‘must-read ‘book for romance lovers. A Misplaced Lady has all the elements you would expect to make this book bring out a variety of emotions, putting you right there in this story. You cannot help but be drawn in by the sadness, joy, fear, and excitement Laura Beers is able to produce in the writing of this book. It was a real pleasure to read. I look forward with interest to reading another one of her outstanding stories.
